Replace
OLD HMI with NEW HMI for a better cost
(including soft conversion)
When faced with repeatedly problems or complete failure of an OLD HMI ( for example TP177A), usually our clients wished to source an equivalent equipment from the original supplier.
Here are two problems:
- The old and obsolete HMI was programmed with an obsolete package – Protool.
- The cost of the old HMI is more expensive than a newer and fully supported HMI, and in the maintenance cost in the future will be more expensive.

After analysing the upgrade possibilities ZED Industrial Automation were able to solve the two problems of replacement and obsolescence but with a further advantage to the customer.
ZED Industrial Automation were able to convert the old and obsolete HMI configuration to the new HMI equivalent and supply it to the customer for around the same price as the obsolete part.
